If industry experience is what you’re after, then look no further. Anthony has played with the big corporate dogs, including Rio Tinto, to small local businesses and everything in between. He has the qualifications to back him up too. We’ve picked a few from the list because we have a word limit to stick to: Bachelor of Business (Accounting), CPA Public Practice certificate, a fellow of CPA Australia, ASIC Agent, and an Accredited Introducer of Macquarie Leasing, NAB, CBA and BOQ. Whew!
Anthony first started his own firm back in 1999 when the impending introduction of GST was looming over business owners. Anthony helped over three hundred small business owners to computerise their accounting systems, and quickly became a well-respected accountant in the Bayside area. Exemplifying his understanding and knack for business, Anthony hasn’t found himself in any kind of rut – he’s moved with the industry and is all aboard the new App Advisory regime. This complements his sound structuring advice, taxation planning, and wealth growth and management.
To say Anthony has a soft spot for his beautiful family is an understatement. If you look closely his eyes actually turn into love hearts when he talks about his wife Janine and kids Liam, Bridgette and Jack. Anthony’s love of surfing reaches to the extent of buying a house in Lorne so he can ride waves whenever he wants to. He’s travelled to some incredible places, including doing an Enduro Motorbike trip across the Simpson Desert, surf trips in Sumatra, Flying light aircraft (Private Pilot License), and seeing Jamaica and the Cayman Islands with his family. If you’re a fan of scallops… Anthony dives for them. He also works out of the Geelong office. Beachside meeting with a seafood lunch anyone?
