Michael has a strong expertise in the areas of financial services, fraud and managing complex commercial litigation matters and is renowned for his strategic advice, crucial to success in complex litigation. Additionally, he provides advice to many individuals and boards on corporate governance and strategy issues, such expertise gained from his time in private practice at DLA Piper and as a senior in-house corporate lawyer at Toyota Australia.
